36Financial provides a subscription-based options trading intelligence platform offering market data, analytical tools, AI-powered analysis, and educational content. The platform is a decision-support tool and does not provide personalized financial advice.

3. Account Registration

Access to the platform requires account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) redistribute platform data or signals without authorization; (b) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary algorithms or indicators; (d) share account credentials with unauthorized users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, indicators, algorithms, and branding on the 36Financial platform are the intellectual property of 36Financial. The COV methodology, Blink AI, and all proprietary indicators are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 36Financial or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
